Dominguez Property Group LLC ("DPG," "we," "us") is a registered Idaho limited liability company (File #6853657 · EIN 42-3176779) that leases and professionally operates homes in the Boise, Idaho area. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and in the course of our business, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.
Information we collect
Property owner inquiries. When you submit our proposal form or contact us directly, we receive the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address or area, property details (bedrooms, bathrooms, furnishing, HOA status, pet preferences), and anything you write in your message.
Correspondence. If you email us at dominguezpropertygroupllc@gmail.com or call or text (720) 495-0693, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and maintain an accurate record of our conversations.
Basic website data. Our website is a simple informational site. Our hosting provider (Netlify) processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) needed to deliver the site and its form service. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry and prepare a no-obligation rent offer for your property.
To negotiate, document, and perform a lease if we move forward together.
To keep records our business reasonably needs (correspondence, agreements, and service history).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.
Calls, texts, and email
If you give us your phone number, you agree we may call or text you about your inquiry or an active lease — never to add you to a marketing list. Your carrier's standard message and data rates may apply, and you can stop texts at any time by replying STOP or simply telling us. Email works the same way: business correspondence about your property, not newsletters.
Cookies and tracking
This site currently sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. If we adopt a standard analytics tool in the future (such as Google Analytics), we will update this policy before it goes live. Because the site does no tracking, it does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals — there is nothing to turn off.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to run the business, and only what they need:
Service providers that operate this website and our communications — Netlify (website hosting and form processing) and Google (business email).
Insurance and legal partners — for example, our commercial insurance carrier (Proper Insurance) when binding coverage that names a property owner as Additional Insured, or our attorney when preparing lease documents.
Authorities if the law genuinely requires it.
Monitoring at managed properties
Homes we operate use monitoring systems that are disclosed to every guest before booking. (Guest bookings themselves are made through platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, whose own privacy policies govern what guests share with those platforms.)
Exterior cameras only (Blink) at entry points, driveways, and exterior areas — never inside the home and never pointed at a neighbor's property.
Noise-level sensing (Minut) that measures sound levels only — it does not record audio or capture conversations.
Keyless entry logs (Schlage smart locks) recording entry events with unique per-guest codes. Entry logs are available to the property owner on request.
Recordings and logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security, incident resolution, and our obligations to property owners, then deleted in the ordinary course.
How we protect information
Inquiry information lives in access-controlled business accounts — our form provider and business email — not on the public website. Access is limited to the people and providers who need it, protected by those providers' standard security measures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we treat your information the way we treat our own lease documents: carefully.
Retention
We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond and follow up. If we enter a lease, related records are kept for the life of the relationship and any period required for legal, tax, or insurance purposes. You can ask us to delete inquiry information at any time (see below).
Your choices and rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email dominguezpropertygroupllc@gmail.com or call (720) 495-0693.
Submitting the proposal form is always optional; you can contact us by phone or email instead.
We honor deletion requests except where we must keep records for legal, tax, insurance, or dispute purposes.
Children
This website and our services are directed at property owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this site.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we handle owner information will be communicated to active partners directly.
